Products purchased through the Smart In Media Shop are digital products. No physical goods will be shipped.

Delivery of Your Course Access:

Once your order has been successfully processed, access to the purchased online course will be provided electronically.

Depending on the course, access may be provided by:

• creating a personal user account for you on the relevant SmartZoom course platform,
• sending you individual login credentials, or
• providing you with an access code or password required to enter the course.

The information required to access your course will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

SmartZoom Course Platform:

Our online courses are provided through SmartZoom or through a dedicated SmartZoom course environment.

Depending on the course purchased, you may be directed to a course-specific website or subdomain where your personal account or access credentials can be used.

Delivery Time:

Course access is provided after your order has been successfully processed.

Where access can be created automatically, you may receive your access details shortly after completing your order. In some cases, course access may need to be created or activated manually.

Any course-specific information regarding the start date, access period or availability of the course will be stated on the respective product page or communicated to you as part of your order.

No Shipping Costs:

As our online courses are provided digitally, no physical shipping takes place and no shipping costs are charged.
